General Description:
The Human Resources Administrator plays a pivotal role in the department as the first point of contact for all things HR, ensuring a warm and welcoming presence while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department. A successful HR Administrator will excel at managing various administrative tasks, from onboarding new employees to handling general HR inquiries with precision and efficiency. Their expertise will ensure smooth operations within the HR department, providing a reliable foundation for our team.
Essential Functions:
- Perform HR administrative duties to include background checks, employment verifications, electronic filing, staff recognition, etc.
- Support the SVP of Global Human Resources via email management and coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
- Manage and submit travel expense reports for SVP of Global Human Resources.
- Act as the Global HR team's spokesperson in internal communications and meetings.
- Create, schedule, and distribute agendas for meetings.
- Help with logistical coordination of virtual training and conferences.
- Assist with calendar of webinars and events to engage staff globally.
- Manage Global HR email inbox.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Global HR department.
- Maintain employee data and the electronic filing system.
- Complete preboarding for new hires and conduct new hire orientation.
- Support recruiting initiatives by adding requisitions, prescreening candidates, and scheduling interviews with HR partners and/or hiring managers.
- Support employee engagement and talent & development initiatives.
- Maintain Global HR intranet pages.
- Provide technical, planning, and presentation support to department leadership, including development of advanced reports and presentations.
- Additional duties as necessary.
Skills and Requirements

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond appropriately to sensitive or confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years high-level administrative support experience.
- 1+ years of human resources experience.
- 1+ years of coordination and event planning skills.
