Delivery Coordinator Floor & Decor Join to apply for the Delivery Coordinator role at Floor & Decor. Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Purpose The Delivery Coordinator position is responsible for all the deliveries in the store and requires knowledge of shipping and receiving operations. Qualities We Look For Entrepreneurial and hard?working Honest and accountable Excellent communication and listening skills Empathy for customer concerns and ability to efficiently resolve issues Strong organizational skills Minimum Eligibility Requirements Basic math skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure Forklift operation qualification Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving products Essential Job Functions Schedule all home deliveries, LTLs and FedEx shipments, create documents and input information into the Storage Buy System. Release all home delivery, LTL and FedEx orders from the store to the proper carrier. Print and work the EComm Shipping Report from MMS, schedule all RBs and ensure correct BOL labels on pallets. Stage outbound deliveries (home delivery, FedEx and LTL) in the outbound bay with proper shipping documents. Detail receiving of inbound PO shipments. Work through all remaining orders under Shipping Info Required Tab and Shipping Tab in Storage Buy System to ensure all are set up and completed. Validate all shipments delivered the previous day are completed in Storage Buy System. Pick, receive, locate and call customers for all inbound R&L shipments. Validate outgoing ISTs shipped in MMS and/or IST Shipping Application and communicate destination store. Communicate pending ISTs waiting to be pulled to the Warehouse Supervisor. Communicate delivery issues to warehouse supervisor and command center associate. Audit any shipping orders not completed by Storage Buy Auditor.
