In this role, you will assistant the Project Manager with project set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management and relationship management * Ensure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project * Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out * Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subs and Shawmut staff Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in construction management and/or relative field a plus * 4+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor * Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites or other project management software a plus * Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects * Flexibility to travel Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
