Join our team as a Corporate Buyer, where you will lead relationships with our Rental Fleet, Contract Buyers, and Auction Vendors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management:
    • Maintain and work with the existing list of Rental Fleet, Contract Buyers, and Auction vendors.
    • Lead the vehicle purchase process from vendors, including buy-in, title procurement, placement, and assigning of transportation through the logistics team.
    • Handle all external and internal communication for the above vendors.
  • Procurement Process:
    • Process help tickets in the system and respond to calls regarding the procurement process.
    • Purchase vehicles specific to the Company's purchasing standards.
    • Utilize the Company's vehicle tracking tools, such as Monday.com and VPS.
  • Vehicle Management:
    • Scan each vehicle with the Car Check tool via the web app or mobile app.
    • Coordinate and maintain accurate planning and scheduling using available resources.
    • Adhere to repair guidelines and policies set forth by the Corporate Office
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and maintain accurate planning and scheduling.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
