About the Director, Women's and Infants Services (RN) Position We are seeking an inspirational and transformational leader who will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the department, serve as a mentor to the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, build and maintain positive physician relationships, manage the department budget,and ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety is provided to the community. Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Women's and Infants Services

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's preferred

RN Active License

5 years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience

2 years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience highly desired (Assistant Nurse Manager/Supervisor or above)

Energetic and dynamic leadership style

Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring a team and ensuring the highest level of patient care
