Entry Level Reliability Engineer

Job Description:
Total Directional Services LLC seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Reliability Engineer. This position offers the opportunity to work mostly remotely with occasional travel required (3-5 days/month). As a Reliability Engineer, you will be crucial in developing motor incident reports related to positive displacement drilling motors for our drilling service company.
Responsibilities:
Develop motor incident reports based on analysis of data and field observations.
Implement maintenance objectives to improve motor reliability and performance.
Conduct data analytics to identify trends and patterns in motor performance and failure.
Utilize strong mechanical aptitude to understand motor components and failure modes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Write technical reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
Utilize strong computer skills to analyze data and generate reports using various software tools.
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Actively participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
