Headquartered in San Francisco, ECHO’s global team also operates in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ukraine.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Solution Advisor to collaborate with clients from the pre-sales process throughout implementations and ongoing support agreements. This position requires a balance of functional and technical expertise and will work as part of the service delivery team working alongside project managers, developers, and administrators to effectively support the Echo’s various clients. As part of our service, we not only build high-quality software solutions but also act as advisors to our clients.Aside from the rich technical background and experience, the qualifying individual needs to be highly resourceful and able to present highly complex information equally well to C-level executives or a developer community. Solutions Advisors need strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, testing experience, project management skills, and root cause analysis abilities. We are looking for candidates who have a natural curiosity and desire to understand and improve client systems, and who take pride in the ability to make high-level recommendations to clients and in designing solutions. The ideal candidate would be someone with technical management and a technical understanding. We want to be sure that you can analyze information and to be able to take that information and glean insights for the project.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand the client’s business to contribute to the design of effective solutions; always recommend the best solution for the client’s needs and in the client’s best interest. Work directly with clients to facilitate business process analysis and design sessions, gather requirements, and develop and deliver technology solutions. Maintain high levels of current skills in software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture, solution design, and salesforce.com technologies and best practices. Design, present and communicate recommendations and solutions in a logical and easy-to-understand way to clients, including non-technical clients. Support business development efforts through pre-sales engineering, contributing proper information, tools, estimates, and subject matter expertise. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects within budget. Create solution roadmaps and work with the business to define and agree on implementation approaches for these roadmaps. Play a substantive role in projects, including project planning, economics, and quality management. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner. You need to use your ability to navigate between different interests within the client organization and build a compromise. Onboarding new clients and building long-term relationships with key clients. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive trends. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and professional development activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of Salesforce experience with technical implementations. Salesforce Certifications required. Firm knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and use cases. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, client-management, and communication skills. Formal project management training and familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies, such as Scrum. Broad IT expertise and knowledge of solutions development, testing, components, integrations and architectures. Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as consulting, sales engineering, or solution architecture. Experience with nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms to clients. Ability to work with different client profiles and clients with different cultural backgrounds. Understanding budget, contracts, and timeline. Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, BI) is a plus. Experience with international teams and clients is a plus.
