Let's Transform Lives Together Ideal for individuals seeking additional hours For those already working daytime hours, this position presents an excellent chance to gain additional hours in the evening, all while building expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our training is designed to improve your existing skills or develop new ones, opening up various opportunities in healthcare. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training Job Duties Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors. Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
