Overview:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Track, coordinate, and maintain mobile fleet of U.S. Army owned and leased equipment across 19 Divisions and 13 test range sites.
Preform organization dispatching and equipment maintenance cost tracking.
Create equipment work orders and track invoicing using GCSS-Army and localized tracking systems.
Provide reports and pertinent logistics information concerning equipment maintenance, accountability, and cost data on TMDE, Fuel, and ORILs items used in Test and Evaluation.
Organize multiple fleet maintenance contacts and track maintenance orders and equipment maintenance schedules.
Daily operations of systems that include GCSS-Army, GSA Fleet, AESIP, ASTS, FEDLOG, and DLA Energy.
Submit fueling requests and track invoicing of DLA and RSA fuel support.
Develop and update memorandums and organizational policy letters.
Coordinate logistical support activities such as planning, justification, acquisition, utilization, reporting, accountability, and disposal of equipment.
Track budgetary input of forecasting and submission data used to provide adequate resources throughout the center.
Provide purchase requisitions for the acquisition of standard and non-standard military items.
Monitor operations ensuring potential problems are identified, immediately addressed, and directed appropriate actions to correct any deficiencies.
Develop and carry out local directives and guidance; maintain program records and prepare and submit reports; develop information papers and briefings.
Provide input on development and implementation of equipment management and maintenance programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have completed HS/GED.
  • Minimum of four to seven (4 - 7) years' experience working within the area of unit supply operations, large inventory maintenance, property management, administration and Army equipment calibration.
  • Possess knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, transportation, storage, turn-in, property accountability, and supply procedures and regulations.
  • The individual shall clearly demonstrate a thorough knowledge of AR 735-5.
  • This regulation governs accountability, documentation, and coding of Army property.
  • The individual shall have a demonstrated knowledge of the Army calibration system and have a working understanding of current IT as applied to property accountability.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
