Job Title: Project Manager (IT) IV
Location: San Jose (Preferred), San Francisco, CA (3x in office)
Intake:
Product technical program management - applications level, delivering products and features.
Customer experience- Marketing Experience Team (CRM Team)
Leverage and enable all the teams across Customer experience
Platform - all about foundation services CRM relies to deliver to marketing messages across various channels
3 billion emails per day, very high volume
30 engineers of the experience team - work 5-10 Product managers and business
Building out notifications based on certain triggers,
Ensure all programs are executed and involves working cross functionally and external teams
IC based not looking to manage a team.
Required Skills (top 3 to 5/ non-negotiables):
Experience with cross functional execution
Tech background - understand and communicate engineering and tech stakeholders challenges the team may face and identify them
Understand Tableau reporting, tech KPIs, understand how to track and report on those things
TPM is the glue of the org, being able to reach out and articulate your needs and manage stakeholders
Product development lifecycle experience

Product manager experience is fine.

Technical Program Manager

This role will be part of the Program Management & Operational Excellence team (PMOE) team within Marketing Technology. Position is located in San Jose, CA. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll work on and lead complex cross-organizational programs working with stakeholders to create roadmaps, plan requirements, manage timelines, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
We are looking for a diligent, self-organized, and motivated individual with the ability to work independently through everyday tasks and challenges. Candidate must have knowledge of product lifecycle management and experience in agile execution. In addition, it is important for this role to have technical knowledge to be able to influence and lead technical programs.

Responsibilities:
Define program objectives with key business partners, key products to be delivered and develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, dependencies, time constraints and milestones.
Partner with engineering and product leaderships to drive consistency in delivering quality products through agile processes at scale
Set up/utilize roadmaps, project plans and schedules to oversee all activities.
Manage relationships amongst key partners by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications on all management levels and assured expectation management.
Drive program execution; track delivery; expect, monitor and control change, own scope management and risk management; proactively seek and resolve blockers through effective escalation to stakeholders.
Conduct progress reviews to assess project outcomes, build confidence that projects will deliver to time, budget and agreed standards. Provide timely, consistent and accurate reporting of the status of initiatives to stakeholders. Develop and deliver necessary presentations including supporting documentation to all levels throughout the organization.
Work closely with the PMO/ Operational Excellence team (ways-of-working, status tracking, and roadmap tools) while ensuring successful delivery of projects against strategic priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required.
t least 8 years of experience with program management (technical preferred).
Experience in Agile and/or Lean methodology
Highly proficient in program management and collaboration tools.
Strong process orientation as well as business acumen and communication skills.
Essential Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience moving technical or engineering programs and products from inception to delivery
Good stakeholder management skills across all levels of hierarchy
Good knowledge in simplifying/automating ways of working
Experience leading complex strategic initiatives. Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with collaboration, planning and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Portfolio, Confluence, dashboarding with queries and rich filters).
Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile execution and have experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Extreme attention to detail and precision in producing quality deliverables.
Proficient use of Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
Bonus Skills:
• Background in digital marketing domain or technology
• Scrum, Agile or Lean certification(s)
