Stellenbeschreibung Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Österreich besetzen wir ab sofort folgende spannende Position: Brand Manager Solid Tumors (w/m/d) Umsetzung des Produktlaunches eines hochinnovativen Medikaments im Bereich der Gyn-Onkologie Analyse und Monitoring der Markt- und Mitbewerbersituation inkl. Ableitung entsprechender Strategien und Maßnahmen zur Differenzierung sowie Planung, Gestaltung und Interpretation von Marktforschungsprojekten Entwicklung von Marketingzielen und Brandstrategien zusammen mit dem crossfunktionalen Brand Team zur erfolgreichen Vermarktung des Produkts; Erstellung des strategischen Marketingplans und des taktischen Plans zur Erreichung der jährlichen Verkaufs- und Marketingziele; Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Umsetzung der Brand Strategie, inkl. Definition und Monitoring der strategischen Brand Ziele Leitung crossfunktionaler Workstreams, um sicherzustellen, dass alle internen Stakeholder in die Entwicklung von Strategien und Initiativen einbezogen sind und sich an den Gesamtzielen des Brandteams beteiligen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst sowie Motivation und Training des Infield-Teams im Rahmen von Tagungen und weiteren Touch Points Eigenständige Entwicklung, Planung und Überwachung des Werbebudgets; enge Abstimmung mit dem Finance Department Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen zur Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Marketingmaterialien und -initiativen für mehrere Kanäle, um die Umsetzung der Brand Strategie im Feld zu unterstützen Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Marketingteam zur Umsetzung und Lokalisierung globaler Initiativen und Kampagnen Inhaltliche Planung von Außendiensttagungen, Veranstaltungen und Symposien in Kollaboration mit dem crossfunktionalen Brand Team Umsetzung von innovativen Marketingkampagnen und -initiativen für die relevanten Zielgruppen, inklusive maßgeschneiderter omni channel- und closed loop marketing-Ansätzen je nach Kundensegment Enge Kooperation mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens Einhaltung aller geltenden Anforderungen der Funktion sowie der gesetzlichen und behördlichen Auflagen, einschließlich der Procederes und Verfahren zu Ethik und Compliance sowie zu den „Grundsätzen für das Verhalten im Geschäftsleben (Code of Business Conduct)”

Qualifikationen Erfolgreiche und mehrjährige Tätigkeit im Produkt- oder Brandmanagement mit Background eines abgeschlossenen betriebswissenschaftlichen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiums Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Neueinführung von Produkten Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Gyn-Onkologie Fähigkeit unternehmerische Entscheidungen vor- und aufzubereiten Erfahrung bei der Projektleitung komplexer Projekte und dazugehöriger Steuerung crossfunktionaler Teams Interesse, Bedürfnisse von Ärzten, Patienten und anderen Akteuren zu erfassen und in die eigene Arbeit einfließen zu lassen Hohe Kreativität und die Motivation, proaktiv neue Wege zu gehen Fähigkeit, innovative Projekte eigenständig strategisch zu konzipieren, zu realisieren und strukturiert zur erfolgreichen Realisierung voranzutreiben Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit unseren internen und externen Stakeholdern Ausgeprägte Resilienz, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Strategische und analytische Denkweise und Spaß im Umgang mit Kennzahlen Fähigkeit Netzwerke aufzubauen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie PC-Kenntnisse Als Arbeitgeber schätzen wir Diversität und unterstützen Menschen ihre Potenziale und Stärken zu entfalten, ihre Ideen zu verwirklichen und Chancen zu ergreifen.
