**Sales Manager**
Salt Lake City, UT / Sales / Full-time LeaseQuery is seeking a **Sales Manager** to help grow, scale, and develop a team of Account Executives. We are looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic who has a passion for sales coaching and wants to continue to learn and grow in a sales management capacity. This is a great opportunity for someone to have an instant impact on our organization. **What skills and experience we need you to have:**
+ Critical thinker with a talent for coaching and leveraging technology to optimize results
+ 3+ years of experience in a B2B deal closing sales role
+ 1-3 years of experience as a team lead or Sales Manager.
+ Proven outbound prospecting skills
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Highly proficient in using a Salesforce, SalesLoft, Tableau, Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ Positive and outgoing personality
+ Team player willing to help others
+ Proven ability to thrive and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
