Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical distribution (e.g., FDA, GDP).
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team of warehouse associates.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.SAP and TraceLink experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
