Commissioning Manager,

you will be responsible for planning, preparing and leading the testing of our passenger trains. You will lead, mentor and train a small team of Team Leads and Engineers during all aspects of the commissioning phases. It will include working on modern electrical and electronic equipment, managing the troubleshooting of complex electrical circuits, loading Software on to PLC’s and any other related work to Electrical Commissioning of a rail car. You will work closely with engineering to write and prepare test procedures. You will ensure that all processes meet our quality standards and are adhered to. If you are an experienced Commissioning Manager who has Leadership experience and a technical background and want to be part of a team that builds high quality, state of the art passenger trains, this is your career Key Responsibilities Supervise the Writing of test procedures according to vehicle schematics and specification Managing, controlling and supervision of commissioning staff Assist project management to fulfil contractual obligations Managing the commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits Loading Software on various Subsystems, programming of PLC’s Educating and training of staff Supervise staff, projections and planning of milestones All other duties as assigned Travel within US (approx. 10% or TBD) Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or similar international technical degree) in Engineering (electrical preferred) 5+ years’ experience of testing modern passenger trains Familiar with Passenger Rail testing Skilled in analyzing performance, writing reports and implementing measures to meet the objectives Highly reliable, great learning skills, management skills and ability to lead cross functional teams Ability to work and coordinate in a small group, but also to work independently Goal-oriented and structured approach in a dynamic environment Quick comprehension and adaptability Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus, but not required High standard of quality What we offer Stadler US employee benefits package includes:
