Job Skills / Requirements Site Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account. Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required.

Security Site Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous contract security, facilities management, military or law enforcement

- At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience

- Meet and maintain all licensing requirements for Security Officers including passing a Criminal Background Check as required by the Texas PSB.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to work independently

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis

- Open availability (able to work any days or any shift)

- Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred.

- Able to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing

- Customer service orientation, personable and friendly

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crisis situations

- Critical thinking and sound judgment

- Visual acuity and hearing ability to observe and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources

- Ability to perform general physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and/or moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, sitting, standing for long periods of time, and handling of materials.

Education Requirements (Any) High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All) Successfully Pass Level 2 Training and Exam Active Security Registration
