Overview:

Duties:
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Process from start to finish and ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately. Conduct professional interaction and coordinate with industry contacts such as real estate agents, brokers, transaction coordinator, loan officers, underwriters, buyers, and sellers. Our office has an EPU team for openings, HOAs, and ordering demands

Education:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
1 year experience and hold a title license.

Additional Information:
Hourly rate would range between $24-$28 per hour. Offer would be based on experience.
