+ 2nd Shift: 6% added to an hourly wage

+ 3rd Shift: 8% added to an hourly wage

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our efforts to maintain clean and orderly facilities. This position is an integral part of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

* Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

* Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

* Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

* Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.

* Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.

* Notify supervisor concerning the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.

* Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.

* Clean breakroom furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.

* Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors as directed.

* Responsible for adhering to safety and environmental policies and regulations.

* R esponsible for adhering to company policies and procedures.

* Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

**Key Competencies:**

* Service-oriented.

* Basic mechanical aptitude.

* Communicate effectively with Managers, Supervisors, and fellow employees.

* Average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions and complete basic written reports in English and complete simple logs and reports in English

* Work safely in a manufacturing environment.

* Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

* Physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling and positioning products.

* Consistently stand for the entire shift.

* Working in areas that are not climate controlled.

* Includes exposure to cleaning agents and solvents.

* Previous related experience preferred

* Ability to work with others and be a team player

* Reliability
