Then New Holland Auto Group is the place for you The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for the dealership employees and customers.ResponsibilitiesCleans work areas, empties trash, and collects scrap and used materials to process in accordance with company policy and local, state, and federal regulationsPerforms routine building maintenance Sweeps, vacuums, mops & operates company supplied floor scrubber Cleans all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans, and vending machines Maintains hot beverage areas by cleaning counter surfaces, sink & tables Cleans bathrooms and restock/refill soap, paper supplies as needed Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary Empties and cleans lunchroom refrigerator once a week Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, interior and exterior Removes all debris from dealership lotsCleans oil storage tanks according to procedure Drains and disposes of used oil filters properlyRemoves and disposes of scrap materials as directed Assists Technicians with oil and water spills and with emptying drain tubs Communicates with Supervisor if additional work is needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalentProficient knowledge of cleaning equipment and agentsAble to work safely with a variety of cleaning agents and chemicalsAbility to work with minimal supervisionHandle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other custodian workAble to use basic cleaning equipmentPhysically agile and dexterousAvailable to work after hoursOutstanding organizational skillsWork well when supervisors are not presentAbility to lift minimum of 50 poundsBenefits:Highly Productive, Very Large, Clean Parts DepartmentCompany Issued UniformsEnergetic Work EnvironmentHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Time OffAdvancement within the Department and/or CompanyEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee Service Discount Program*In order to qualify for employment All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes: Background Checks, MVR, and Drug Testing.
