Responsibilities Design portions of a project using relevant office software, modeling and AutoCAD Civil 3D technology. Prepare specifications materials using research and manufacturing catalogs to specify materials, installation, inspection and payment of items specific to a project. Lead, direct and grow the renewable energy practice for Dewberry. Building and maintaining positive client relationships, while establishing sales goals. Complete design and plan sets. Required Skills & Required Experience 8+ Years of experience BS Degree in Civil Engineering and PE required. Design experience with Solar Systems. Extensive local client contacts and relationships,in addition to relationships withlocal jurisdictional staff. Successful track record of winning work. Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage and mentor staff. Direct resources effectively in a positive manner. Experience with Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) and local utility requirements. Don’t meet every single requirement?
