Our products are corrosion resistant alloys based on stainless steel, nickel, titanium...We are seeking an experienced for our Production Unit Alleima Precision Tube at Scottdale (PA), specialized in producing high precision stainless and nickel alloy tube products to high demanding industries with aerospace, nuclear and petrochemical.Your RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management within the site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.As a member of Production Unit Management Team, your main focus will be to drive continual process and product improvement leading to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to :Lead and manage a team of Quality Professionals, providing guidance, clear responsibilities & priorities, organizing work, training and development opportunities, with fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring a safe work environment,Promote a Customer Focus mindset with implementing principles and quality methodologies to drive efficiency and mitigate quality issues.Develop and maintain a robust quality management system in accordance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, NQA-1) with driving continuous improvement initiatives,Responsible for internal and external audits from planification to drive effectiveness resolution and implementation of corrective and preventive actions,Oversee and support new products qualification ensuring adherence to customers specifications and industry standards,Manage internal and customers product conformity issues with relevant investigation and implementing sustainable solutions,Champion a culture of continuous improvement and lead cross- functional teams to identify opportunities for quality process optimization.Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis)About youTo succeed you should have a can-do attitude and possess a strong team work ethic, with the following background and experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.You have solid leadership and interpersonal experience, particularly in the fields of communication, consulting, coaching and influencing, and are passionate about empowering and developing your team,Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager)Experience managing AS9100 certified business.Experience with auditing processes and certification requirements.Ideally experience in quality management within the technical metallurgy industry, with a focus on aerospace and nuclear applications.Quality Management Systems and internal/external Audit experience is required.Experience in technical documentation and procedure.What you can expect from us: Alleima offers a comprehensive total compensation package including a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as company paid disability and life insurance.
