Job Description Customer Service & Sales Support - ( 21001664 ) * Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution

Proficient Microsoft Office/computer skills??

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree from an accredited institution

Prior industrial/manufacturing customer service experience

3 years of progressively responsible experience in a sales & customer service position
