HandsOn Experience in Application Production support, debugging, triaging tillresolution experience of applications.

Handson extensive automation experience in ansible

Experiencein Incident, Change and AWS Infrastructure management.

Experiencein using key metrics like SLO, SLI and Error budgets in measuringquality-of-service delivery and reliability.

Experiencein using the system reliability metrics like latency, traffic, errors, andsaturation.

Proactivemonitor system and application performance, identifying bottlenecks and areasfor improvement.

Experiencein self-healing automation using tools like Ansible, Splunk, Dynatrace.Automate several operations tasks and increase team efficiency.

Experiencein using Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch to monitor the health andperformance of migrated services.

Setup logging and tracing to capture and analyze system behavior and applicationperformance.

Configurealerting thresholds and notifications to quickly identify and respond toissues.

Experiencein building IaC scripts in AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to automate theprovisioning and management of AWS resources.

Experiencein optimization of AWS resource usage (e.g., EC2 instances, ECS, RDSdatabases) for cost-effectiveness and performance.

Experiencein using Cost Explorer and Cloud ability tools for monitoring andimplementing AWS security best practices, including network configurations,IAM policies, and encryption, to protect data and resources.
