RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Assisting customers with booking air cargo and private charter flights, including gathering all necessary information and processing payments

Coordinating with other departments such as operations, maintenance, and accounting to ensure smooth and efficient operations Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and flight details Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty

Assist with client requests such as arranging hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation to ensure a flawless flight experience.

Assist with sales and provide prompt and accurate price quoting to customers, handle high call/email volume, and produce quotes quickly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of similar customer service experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficient with Microsoft suite of products 30+ WPM Typing Speed
