As Commercial Manager for UK and member of the BA Management Team:o To contribute to and be responsible for the Business Area Roadmap and implementation in UKo As a member of the management team of the UK, to lead the commercial strategy development and contribute to and be responsible for the UK Roadmap and implementationo Develop and implement the UK commercial strategy across the wholesale and retail business for all crop areas go to market strategy, distribution platform, portfolio positioning, commercial policy, demand creation activities etc. to deliver the financial and business objectives (revenues, profit and market share)o Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, and track progress to manage and mitigate riskso Monitor and report periodically on sales performance. Propose and implement corrective actions in case of deviation from budgeto Lead commercial strategy development and implementation of sales effectiveness, CRM, e-business and other European / BA projects.o Work with the Sales Director Nickerson to implement the consistent development of retail sales as part of a total joined up Limagrain market approach strategy and tactical plan for the whole market with clear objectives and measures.o Lead others to their best potential by acting as a mentoro Sales and Customer Services team management to develop performance and competencies and achieve financial KPI'so Team management to improve sales forecasting, production and processing planning, and financial forecasting for all crop species.o Foster relationships with key accounts and influencers and develop a best in class sales team as measured in structured customer feedbackAs a LeadershipTeam Member (Leadership Model Level 2) Leadership:o Communicate a compelling and inspiring vision or sense of core purposeo Have the willingness to delegate responsibility, work with others, and coach them to develop their capabilities towards successo Ensure that he/ she acts and is perceived as responsible, reliable, and trustworthyo Find the best match between required tasks & existing skills in the teamo Can decide and act without having the total picture as well as in a context of changeo Communicate to the team on behalf of the company in alignment with company's strategy People Managemento Sales & Marketing Management team: Recruit employees for growth and development within the company, manage missions and responsibilities, Foster and promote diversity and build on differences to positively impact business resultso Give meaning to rules and policies, describe the reasoning behind the ruleso Generate diversity by actively integrating team members of different backgrounds and cultures Activity managemento Evaluate the relevance of KPIs and their targeto Fully understand the basic financial management principles and the company's expectations in regard to finance performanceo Embrace innovationo Translate custome#J-18808-Ljbffr
