Commercial Director

As Commercial Manager for UK and member of the BA Management Team:o To contribute to and be responsible for the Business Area Roadmap and implementation in UKo As a member of the management team of the UK, to lead the commercial strategy development and contribute to and be responsible for the UK Roadmap and implementationo Develop and implement the UK commercial strategy across the wholesale and retail business for all crop areas go to market strategy, distribution platform, portfolio positioning, commercial policy, demand creation activities etc. to deliver the financial and business objectives (revenues, profit and market share)o Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, and track progress to manage and mitigate riskso Monitor and report periodically on sales performance.
