Provider Recruitment/GSPN Liaison

Job Summary: This team member will support both Physician Recruitment and GSPN Physician Practice Operations with a wide variety of roles to assist in accomplishing the goals and services for these departments. The liaison will assist with provider site visit planning and coordination, utilize necessary software for tracking purposes, create and maintain departmental reports, and support the Director of Recruitment and the Director of Surgical Practices as needed. This person will work closely with current and new physicians, as well as medical students, residents, and fellows. The liaison will coordinate communication between Good Samaritan physicians and referring providers for introduction to new providers, as well as providing updated information on new specialty services and programs offered
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
- Take part in consistent communication with physician and advanced practice provider (APP) candidates, GSH residents, as well as area medical students, residents and fellows
- Support team and collaborate with department to schedule, plan and coordinate physician and APP site visits
- Assist Recruitment Director and Coordinator with full cycle recruitment processes and administrative roles as needed
- Coordinate and support GSPN physician marketing activities
- Plan face-to-face introductions and visits between new and referring physicians
- Utilize and manage recruitment software programs and databases
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by Director of Physician/Provider Recruitment and Director of Surgical Practices that support department goals
Qualifications
Education - Bachelor's degree required
Experience - Experience in the medical industry required. Experience with graduate medical education or recruitment preferred.
