Our mission is to provide convenient and affordable behavioral health services while creating an unmatched experience for our clients and staff. **Job Title:** Director of IT **Location:** [Location of the Office] **Position Type:** Full-Time **Overview:** We are seeking a Director of IT to spearhead our technology operations, manage a robust IT helpdesk, and oversee our systems infrastructures, including CRM and EHR systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, including the establishment of IT departments, and a proven track record of effective team leadership and project management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Leadership and Management:** Direct and oversee the IT helpdesk operations with 1 direct report and 5 indirect reports, ensuring high-quality support and efficient resolution of IT issues. - **Systems Management:** Serve as the primary manager for our Salesforce Administrator and EHR (Electronic Health Records) Systems Administrator. Ensure these systems are optimized to meet the needs of the business. - **IT Infrastructure Oversight:** Manage and ensure the seamless functioning of various IT systems including Salesforce, Zoho, Zapier, Office365, Okta, AdvancedMD, RingCentral, Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server. - **Project Management:** Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with business objectives. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Act as a strategic business partner to cross-functional teams, understanding their needs and delivering IT solutions that drive organizational success. - **Hands-On Contribution:** Actively contribute to workstreams, demonstrating the ability to be both a leader and a hands-on participant in IT-related tasks. - **Department Development:** Responsible for establishing and enhancing the IT department to improve operations and support organizational growth. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in IT with progressive responsibilities, including significant leadership roles. - Strong people management skills with experience in managing both direct and indirect reports. - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Office365, Exchange, and PowerShell. - Proven experience in EHR implementations and managing CRM and EHR systems, particularly Salesforce and major EHR platforms. - Experience with IT systems such as Zoho, Zapier, Office365, Okta, AdvancedMD, RingCentral, Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server. - Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong results-oriented mindset. - Ability to effectively communicate with and influence cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
