Chez Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services, nous sommes en charge de l’informatique (maintenance SI, développement d’applications) du réseau bancaire des Caisses Régionales du groupe Crédit Agricole.

CONCRETEMENT, VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?

Vous intégrerez la Tribu "Financier, Risques, Contrôle Interne Sécurité" dont l’objectif est d'accompagner le traitement des problématiques Financières, Réglementaires, de Gestion du Risque, de Sécurité des Caisses régionales en lien avec Crédit Agricole S.A. (DRG, FIG DDC), gérer l’ensemble des produits et projets du domaine et veiller à la production des remontées réglementaires dans les délais requis, en relation avec les différents acteurs concernés et Crédit Agricole S.A.

Quelles seraient mes missions ?

Dans une des squads du domaine des risques et plus particulièrement sur les produits Dispositif d’Analyse Financière et notation des entreprises, Réglementaire Bale, vous êtes le∙la garant∙e de la qualité du fonctionnement des produits au quotidien et avez une vision transverse sur les incidents remontés.

Prendre en charge la préparation, l’animation et la rédaction du besoin notamment en utilisant des outils et pratiques (ex : user flow, story mapping, processus métiers ARIS, …) lors de la conduite d’ateliers avec les parties prenantes tout en challengeant les besoins et en maximisant la valeur apportée Formaliser, construire et affiner des macro-récits et des récits utilisateurs en respect des pratiques agiles de l'équipe avec les développeurs afin de leur traduire le besoin métier et intégrer les problématiques IT Accompagner le Product Owner et est force de proposition lors du cadrage Participer à l'élaboration de nouveaux besoins avec notre Pôle Utilisateurs : rédaction de récits, organisation d'ateliers, aide à la priorisation dans le backlog, Gérer le périmètre applicatif (maintenances, incidents, solutions) et répondre aux demandes d’assistance fonctionnelle en faisant un diagnostic métier complet, Maintenir à jour la documentation produit et le paramétrage du produit Définir, maintenir et appliquer le plan de tests du produit Assurer les tests fonctionnels, les tests de non régression (TNR), les tests de de validation de votre périmètre ainsi que les tests d’homologation transversaux sur plusieurs produits afin de garantir une cohérence, Rédiger l’analyse des risques métier en lien avec l’expert Maitriser les processus liés au produit : actions de saisie, éditions de documents, traitements batch, ordonnancement des traitements Faire évoluer la squad tout en évoluant personnellement au quotidien en proposant/partageant des processus, des outils, des idées.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que Business Analyst Expert∙e avec une connaissance du SI bancaire.

Vous êtes soucieux∙se de la satisfaction client avec un excellent relationnel.

Votre autonomie et agilité est un élément essentiel dans un écosystème IT en mouvement et vous savez alerter à bon escient.

Doté∙e d’un esprit collaboratif, vos qualités relationnelles, votre expertise et votre rigueur vous permettent d’être un véritable partenaire auprès des équipiers et particulièrement du Product Owner, avec une posture d’interface facilitante dans les échanges avec les interlocuteurs du Groupe et entités externes.

Compétences Techniques Requises

Expérience et/ou connaissance du SI Bancaire Maitrise Excel avec un bon niveau d’expertise Connaissance ou appétence pour le langage SQL (pour de l’interrogation/manipulation de données sur mainframe ou serveur)

Compétences Techniques Souhaitées

Expertise sur les produits notation ou sur le domaine risques Expérience d'utilisation environnement mainframe
