– research and explanation of monthly, quarterly and annual income statement variances, as well as balance sheet analysis. Reconcile all accounts, including derivatives and acquisition specific accounts. Assist treasury with cash-flow forecasting. Accounting & Business Research –

Research and resolve accounting and business issues; assists with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Audit Coordination

– prepare / respond to external and internal auditors. Other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Accounting from accredited college, university or institution. 1-4 years experience in financial statement preparation, financial consolidations and general ledger accounting. Proficient in Word and Excel, with IFS 10 and OneStream preferred. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to meet strict deadlines, and be willing to work overtime when needed. Team player and responsible individual with an entrepreneurial attitude toward responsibilities. Noble Corporation is a leading offshore drilling contractor for the oil and gas industry.
