Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor with OPERA experience to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the nightly operations of the hotel, utilizing OPERA software for tasks such as checking in guests, reconciling accounts, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the night. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role required Proficiency with OPERA software is essential Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with basic accounting principles Ability to work independently and multitask effectively Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and efficiently check them into the hotel using OPERA Verify and adjust guest billing information accurately Utilize OPERA software to balance revenue and prepare financial reports Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues or complaints Ensure the safety and security of the property throughout the night Complete any additional tasks assigned by management to maintain hotel operations If you have previous experience with OPERA software, a commitment to exceptional guest service, and can thrive in a night shift environment, we invite you to apply for the Night Auditor position at our hotel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
