Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Support for one of our clients
Role: Help Desk Support
Location: Columbus, OH ( onsite)
Duration:Long Term Contract
Job/Skill requirement:
- Experience in the IT field, preferably in a help desk environment.
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications or the equivalent experience
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred but not required
- Prior experience assisting a cloud migration preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MSOffice Products, etc.
