Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Support for one of our clients

Role: Help Desk Support

Location: Columbus, OH ( onsite)

Duration:Long Term Contract

Job/Skill requirement:
  • Experience in the IT field, preferably in a help desk environment.
  • A+ and/or Network+ certifications or the equivalent experience
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred but not required
  • Prior experience assisting a cloud migration preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MSOffice Products, etc.
