As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will be working with different levels of the organization from executive to admin and management. In this position you will be responsible for import management, process invoices, and act as the pivotal party working between our bookings and the shippers/vendors. Responsibilities Manage tracking and shipment flow with a focus on door-to-door delivery performance and on-time initiatives. Obtain and compile entry documents (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading) for efficient customs clearance. Prepare Importer Security Filings (ISFs) and delivery orders, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources. Manage short-shipped, overbooked, and rolled containers with planning to maintain supply chain continuity. Provide airfreight pricing and fast boat options for requests originating from Piscataway and Nogales. Approve airfreight requests and coordinate with freight forwarders for timely execution. Monitor warehouse reports to confirm timely importation of airfreight shipments. Work closely with teams at Piscataway and Nogales to ensure program fluidity and timely booking acceptance. Qualifications College diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of import experience in a warehouse environment. Excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Proficiency in MS Office 365. Physical Requirements Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
