Shift: Monday – Friday 5:00pm -1:30am

Hourly Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Location: Oberlin, Ohio


Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years old.
  • 1 year of manager or supervisor experience preferred
  • Driver’s License and reliable transportation- must have own vehicle
  • For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
  • A pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and criminal background check are required.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you will:

  • Maintain general cleanliness of assigned locations
  • Assist with training new and existing associates on general cleaning, equipment, and maintenance.

  • Clearly and effectively communicate directions and expectations
  • Complete pickup and delivery routes of supplies and laundry.
  • Promote a safe working environment
  • Manage associate attendance, work order assignments, safety audits and inspections.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings with site manager & night manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
