Key Deliverables Develop documentation for processes and procedures for Engineering projects based on work orders. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Communicate, monitor, and track progress Key Activities & Responsibilities Serves as a single point of contact with customers on assigned projects from initiation of project to completion. Supports Sales and Engineering activities by visiting proposed job sites and collecting information. Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are: Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience Project management experience with electrical requirements or in the industrial controls field highly preferred. Knowledge of mechanical drawings and drafting required. Ability to produce field surveys and measurements for new and retro-fit applications required. Ability to make AutoCAD layouts required. Basic knowledge of asphalt plant electrical and control systems required. Experience in the asphalt or construction industry is preferred.
