Monitors charges of labor, purchased parts, and raw materials to ensure only appropriate charges are accumulated on the project Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Conducts meetings with customer representatives as necessary to ensure the smooth flow of the project and requisite information. Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Provides information and project direction to Engineering Groups to ensure efficient, correct, and on‑time completion of engineering work. Secures the involvement of appropriate Regional Sales Managers and/or Directors whenever change of project scope is necessary. Supports Sales and Engineering activities by visiting proposed job sites and collecting information. Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are: Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience Project management experience with electrical requirements or in the industrial controls field highly preferred. Knowledge of mechanical drawings and drafting required. Ability to produce field surveys and measurements for new and retro-fit applications required. Ability to make AutoCAD layouts required. Basic knowledge of asphalt plant electrical and control systems required. Experience in the asphalt or construction industry is preferred.
