**Current Need**

Our Medical-Surgical team is growing We are looking for experienced and self-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representatives, you'll be a key member of our virtual Virginia team providing excellent care for our customers and sales representatives. The current work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Our customer support teams are currently working from home. Training for this role is also managed remotely as you shadow with seasoned members of our team.

**Compensation**

$16.00hr

**Position Description**

Manage special projects directly related to order errors, recalls, automated returns and billing projects while communicating with other cross functional internal teams. In addition, our team members professionally and effectively interface with customers and company sales representatives to handle a variety of pre-sale or post-sale service functions of moderate scope and provide a world class experience to internal and external customers.

**Minimum Requirements**

1+ year of related experience

**Critical Skills**

* 1+ years experience providing customer support and resolution by phone within an office environment

* 1+ years of Customer Service using CRM technology as well as case management or Supply Manager preferred

* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

**Additional Skills**

* Professional communication; strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with internal/external customers including vendors, sales reps, and co-workers

* Strong medical supply or pharmaceutical knowledge a plus.

* General knowledge of customer service processes and procedures

* Energetic self-starter with attention to detail who can be resourceful with issue resolution.

* Able to effectively work in a team environment collaborating and ensuring open communication to achieve timely completion of all assigned tasks.

* Able to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet various deadlines and customer expectations.

* Strong problem-solving skills: able to analyze information provided, identify the root issue, and use resources appropriately to solve basic customers problems/questions in a timely manner.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel & Outlook), internet explorer, and working knowledge of social media preferred (i.e. Google, Chatter, etc.). Ability to work with spreadsheets including copy/past, data entry, edit, sort, and basic formatting.

* Successfully meet all performance standards/objectives of the role

* All other duties as deemed necessary including, but not limited to, phone support and special administrative projects.
