Job Title and Company Procurement Specialist at Syntax Talent Solutions located in Frederick, Maryland. Pay Range $60,000.00/yr $80,000.00/yr (based on experience and skills). Location Frederick, Maryland. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage procurement strategies aligned with the STULZ business model. Execute sourcing and negotiation processes to secure cost?effective and quality materials. Expedite orders and resolve issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted production. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain high standards of customer service and teamwork. Analyze and interpret engineering specifications and drawings/prints. Maintain accurate records and reports using SAP and MRP systems. Utilize analytical skills and Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting. Adapt to a dynamic work environment, managing multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively. Skills and Qualifications BS or BA degree in a related field (preferred); 2?4 years of procurement experience required. High level of commitment to customer service and teamwork. Experience with SAP (preferred) and MRP (must). Strong sourcing, negotiation, expediting, interpersonal, cost analysis, and problem resolution skills. Detail?oriented with comprehensive understanding of engineering specifications and drawings/prints. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic math skills required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, use hands to finger, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and talk or hear regularly. Frequently required to walk. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
