A Sales Executive at Inquirehire is in charge of introducing hiring solutions to Human Resource Professionals with the goal of securing new business. The person who fills this role will be creative, diligent, self-motivated, organized, persistent, forward thinking and disciplined. This position will work closely with management to drive revenue and expand business development.

Things you might do on a given day

Plan and conduct lead generation activities Generate proposals and service agreements Public speaking to target groups and associations Meet with new and existing customers Contribute to brand recognition Collaborate with management to focus on growth Work directly with researchers and customer service reps to support operations Work directly with vendors and integration partners Maintain and support customers

Qualifications

3-5 years of B2B sales preferred, but not required Knowledge of SaaS models and platform integrations Ability to analyze needs and provide educational and consultative solutions Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated and achievement oriented Strong attention to detail
