The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR II has direct contact... The PSR II is responsible for patient registration, and ensuring that the whole team knows about on-site patients. The PSR II is also accountable for patient billing, follow up calls and other patient telephone services. The PSR II performs clerical duties, such as word processing, data entry, answering phones and filing, to assist the entire office in completing daily tasks.
