In this role, the

Senior Analog Design Engineer

will be instrumental in driving the development of high-power and precision automated testing equipment. Focus:

Architect and design new high-power and precision ATE instrumentation, addressing key technical challenges in the field.

Engage in the full spectrum of the design process, from concept to production and customer implementation.

Collaborate with technical teams to create scalable solutions and advocate for necessary technology investments.

Lead the integration of

cutting-edge

technologies and methodologies to enhance product performance and reliability.

Drive the development and implementation of innovative calibration schemes to ensure the accuracy and precision of instruments.

Guide and mentor engineering teams through efficient design methodologies and problem resolution.

Manage complex, multi-disciplinary challenges, breaking them down into actionable steps.

Communicate effectively with various stakeholders about technical risks and project contingencies.

Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

of experience

in hardware design, with a focus on analog and power instrumentation.

Strong foundation

in analog circuits, control theory, ASICs, mixed-signal simulation, DSP, and logic design.

A track record

of innovative problem-solving and eagerness for continuous learning and technical growth.

Leadership skills to guide teams through complex problem-solving.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate between detailed engineering tasks and overarching project goals.

Flexibility for a hybrid working model.
