Position Summary Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx Office. Consistently deliver positive customer experiences by using consultative skills to anticipate needs and provide solutions in print, signage, graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information. Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items, inserting items, weighing packages, and affixing labels. Set up and operate printing, binding, and related equipment using customer supplied original media and documents. Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating customer needs and finding solutions. Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Maintain safe, clean, and orderly retail store and store equipment. Process financial transactions using POS, including handling cash and making change. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of specialized experience in retail or customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential Functions Ability to stand entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods. Ability to move and lift 55 pounds. Perform work in a fast?paced environment under substantial pressure.
