- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
- Must be 16 years old or older to apply
- Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other back of house restaurant jobs is not required, but it is preferred.
- No restaurant or kitchen experience necessary
- Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well
- Positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork

- Excitement to learn and take initiative
- Enjoys the same daily routine tasks
- Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in drive-thru)
