The CSR would also be responsible for checking in/out patients and verifying insurance eligibility for a fast-paced center. · Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Provides clerical support to assigned departments in the areas of patient registration. · Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. · Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions. · Release of patient information and appointments scheduling, and · Data entry of client information into Electronic Health Records (EHR). *Benefits and Incentives:* * Competitive pay and performance-based incentives to recognize and reward your exceptional performance.
