Overview Permanent Complex Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal San?Francisco, CA Base pay: $100,000.00?/?yr $125,000.00?/?yr Responsibilities Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Assist attorneys with preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Manage large volumes of complex data and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. Coordinate and manage timelines for various stages of litigation. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials, providing updates and information as needed. Participate in client meetings and depositions, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow?up actions. Qualifications 3?5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on plaintiff litigation. Paralegal certificate from an ABA?approved program or equivalent education and training. Exceptional legal research skills and strong understanding of legal terminology and principles. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technology tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. High degree of professionalism and ethical standards, with commitment to client confidentiality.
