THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELLSciens Building Solutions is seeking a Master Data Analyst. This position will support the rollout of D365 to Sciens Divisions by extracting and gathering master data, key data, and relationship data within the Division. This includes extracting, transforming, and loading data from the legacy system to Dynamics 365 Field Service Management (FSC) and Customer Engagement (CE).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well)

Ensure master data integrity in key systems, as well as maintain the processes to support data quality.Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.Aid in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards.Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent.Assist in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.Develop and implement strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met.Extract, transform and load data from legacy system to Dynamics 365 FSC and CE.WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Three or more years of experience in data analysis and/or computer programming.Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems.Experience working with information security practices and available security software packages.Experience working with domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.Hands on experience working with relational databases and complex SQL statement and store procedures.Ability to travel 50% of the time is required.WHAT WE'RE BRINGING TO THE TABLE
