Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Accountant/Consultant to join our clients dynamic team and contribute to their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert consultation and guidance to our clients Controllers and Accounting Managers to establish and maintain robust accounting procedures, processes, and systems.

2. Lead or review clients year-end workpapers, ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout the year and executing year-end processes such as balance sheet reconciliations and accrual to cash adjustments.

3. Utilize advanced QuickBooks skills to support clients, leveraging specific features like Items and Customer Types effectively.

4. Collaborate closely with team members to deliver a holistic consulting approach encompassing tax strategies, financial reporting, banking and finance solutions, and organizational management insights in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

Minimum of five years of accounting experience.

Previous experience with a Professional Services Firm preferred.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and adept in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Additional Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
