Assistant Project Manager Highmark Companies is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support day?to?day operations across multiple active projects. The role coordinates schedules for high?volume roof and siding installations, performs residential and commercial takeoffs, and manages warranty and service requests. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and on time. Pay $55?K $70?K Responsibilities Project Coordination & Scheduling: Create, manage, and adjust schedules for high?volume roofing and siding installations; coordinate labor?only crews; communicate daily with crews via the Highmark Job Superintendent; track project progress, identify schedule conflicts, delays, or resource needs. Estimating & Takeoffs: Perform detailed residential and commercial takeoffs for roofing, siding, and related exterior scopes using company?approved software and tools; assist with proposal preparation by providing accurate quantities, labor estimates, and job notes; review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Warranty & Service Management: Receive, document, and prioritize warranty and service requests; schedule service crews and follow up to ensure timely completion and quality control; maintain thorough records of warranty claims, resolutions, and associated costs. Documentation & Communication: Maintain organized project files, schedules, and daily updates; communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams; assist Project Managers with subcontractor coordination, safety documentation, job closeouts, and project reporting.
