Responsibilities

•Proactively Generate new referral partner relationships
•Service existing referral partner relationships
•Provide borrowers with confidence throughout every step of the lending process
•Proactively communicate with the team, referral partners and borrowers
•Manage Pre-Approval Process for borrowers
•Effectively communicate with internal and external partners

Qualifications

•NMLS ID (MLO license required prior to onboarding)
•Must be highly team-oriented

•Must love learning and delivering true value to everyone we encounter through the creation of residential mortgages
•Knowledge of calculating income within residential lending guidelines
•Analytical skills, attention to detail with high-level accuracy, and time management
•Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
•Takes initiative, is highly independent, and is able to work under limited supervision
•High school diploma required
•Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
•Loan Origination Software (LOS), and Automated Underwriting System (AUS) are assets
•Solid knowledge of various residential mortgage loans such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.
•Project a professional image and collaborate with others to accomplish goals and demanding deadlines
