Requirements

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is highly advantageous.

Professional Experience : At least 5 years in a role focused on electrical engineering, with direct involvement in controls, digital signal processing, or machine learning.

Required Skills : Proven expertise in algorithm development and software analysis.

Strong proficiency in CAD tools and familiarity with CNC programming.

Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Clearance : Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance.
