Receptionist (Temporary Holiday Coverage) Location: Chicago, IL Industry: Senior Living Compensation: $18.00 $19.50 / Per Hour Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. Candidates must be available to work throughout the holiday period without time off. Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for our client, senior living community located in the heart of downtown. Job Description: We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to provide front desk support during the holiday season. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a polished and friendly experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly and courteously Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors upon arrival Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment Manage package deliveries and assist with distribution as needed Perform light administrative duties to support facility operations Qualifications: Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor and polished appearance Ability to commit to the full assignment duration without time off Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment Additional Details: Dress Code: Business Professional Located steps from the Chicago Red Line for easy commute access.
