As a key financial advisor in the organization, this role provides financial guidance across the business to drive financial processes and provide hands-on financial and analytical support. This individual will drive day-to-day financial operations activities, including revenue and expense analysis, internal reporting, forecasting, business analytics, identifying process improvements and cost efficiencies, performing variance analysis and other ad-hoc projects.
A Day in the Life
Lead the preparation of all monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting packages including key financial and operational reports to business leaders as well as deliverables for the Board and equity owners.
Support business leaders with innovative financial analyses, and present compelling, data-driven insights to help the business make more informed decisions.
Participate in the annual budget and reforecast process for all business units and departments, including project management, engagement with business leaders and presentation of results.
Perform variance analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards on key metrics.
Calculate and maintain ARR schedules on a gross and net basis including normalizing revenue for timing differences and identifying new and lost customers.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to develop an in depth understanding of business drivers, costs and revenue.
Identify, document and implement improvements in all aspects of the internal reporting, budgeting and forecasting process.
Develop and maintain expertise with the Company’s budget software.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support in a professional and expedient manner.
Solve complex financial projects to drive growth within the various business entities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
4-6 years related work experience.
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Qualifications
Practical knowledge of SaaS business model including metrics and KPIs.
Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience working with large volumes of data and data analysis (SQL, Alteryx).
Advanced excel skills (index, pivot tables, lookups, macros.
Data visualization and dashboard creation skills (Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to present and communicate concepts to senior management.
Familiarity with ASC 606 or US GAAP revenue recognition for software.
Experience with Salesforce/ Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Planful.
Willingness to take on new projects and challenges.
