Ophthalmology physician employment in New York : Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Ophthalmologist to join a high-volume clinic serving the beautiful community of Big Flats, New York situated just outside of Corning. This is a well-established group consisting of 10 other Ophthalmologists covering a wide range of specialties including retina, glaucoma, oculoplastic, cornea, ocular pathology, pediatric cataract and general specialties. You will also have access to a strong referral base, a dedicated support team, state-of-the-art operating rooms and all diagnostics lab services. Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule Mix of inpatient and outpatient care Strong support and referral network in place spanning over 12 counties New graduates are welcome to apply Compensation is between $380,000 and $420,000 per year Sign-on bonus is available $15,000 in relocation assistance is available $3,400 annually for conference registration certifications membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies Full benefits including medical, vision, dental, and disability insurance Physician mentoring and leadership training opportunities available Competitive RVU model with strong internal referral network Malpractice insurance including tail coverage Where Youll Work Guthrie Corning Hospital is a 65-bed hospital and regional cancer center.
